Wheel Spacers

I have the stock bottle cap wheels with 205/55/14 tires i want to get a set of wheel spacers but i don't know the widest i can go without rubbing the inerfender. My car is also lowered 1.25" any help would be great thanks

1987 2.7l e30 m20b27 supercharging
1991 3.5l e30 m30b35 it is dead so sad
1985 3.5l e23 m30b35
