can anyone fill me in on the details of these build options for my m10 b18?

1) s14 pistons and crank into a m10 motor to bring the bore up to 2.4????

2) 2002 crank and 2002 tii high comp pistons (BEEN HIGHLY RECCOMENDED) around 2.1 ltr i think

3) 2002 crank and 2002 pistons, (lower comp than above) + supercharger

i want to build the best possible m10 motor i can without going stupid on the cash front, i don't really want the block boring as i want to keep as much strength as possible.
ill be building the engine myself so only need to spend on parts, and i get standard production parts for 55% of retail price winkeye so s14 parts shouldn't be too bad for prices me thinks (correct me if im wrong)

i think to supercharger would be too dear though (i really hope someone will correct me on this) :D i havn't really seen any kits for this and have no time for a turbo

i look forward to your usual top notch advise winkeye

no time for a turbo

There's always time for turbo, M10's are bompproof when turbo'd and it will cost far less than any N/A tuning work you attempt, 55% discount or otherwise M8

a low spec M10 turbo with stock internals and the stock capacity will run cira 250 bhp all day every day mate

the 2002tii internals etc will resultin a screamer of an engine, but is that really what you crave ? turbo=torque monster when pootling, tortal monster when caning

Just my 2p though, Si316 may offer more N/A advice though dude

only reason why i thought that is ive heard it is easier to fit a supercharger than a turbo, due to exhaust manifolds.
i was led to believe the only way to fit one was to rotate the engine slightly to make room. i take it you have one fitted, what bits would reccomend for a turbo conversion, and can you run a turbo with tii pistons without having to get a turbo head, i assume it would have to be on low boost? :D

M10 manifolds can be flipped, then you'll need to fab an adapter to suit the turbo entry.

as for boostage, assuming you have the stock CR I'd suggest 10psi would be fine, doesn't sound a lot but mildly boosted higher comp engines deliver the best of both worlds, decimate all with midrange for sure.

For details on my cars install check out Practical Performnce Car this month dude.

or hit the FI/engine swops section and dig out the "update" threads

HTH- another convert maybe ? FI will assimilate all- eventually
