Do new control arms from ECP or GSF come with new ball joints already pressed in? Was just pricing them and if so I may as well just get new arms as by the time I buy the joints and get them pressed in it will probably end up costing the same anyway.

Yes, they come complete, get the better alternatives though (£10 dearer) as the others are crap.

One advantage of pressing in ball joints on the old arm, is that you don't have to renew the control arm bushes as well. Usefull if they're nearly new M3 ones.

Arse they need changed as well if I do the arms? The ones on there look pretty good so thought I could just push the new arms into them.

They are not removeable once the fitting lubricant has dried, but, TBH, I have reused good ones on a couple of occasions in an emergency, by cutting the bar that the bush sits on, off from the control arm as close to the bush as possible, adding lubricant, and then removing the bush by pushing it " further " onto the pin.
