Ok Im confused, I know it doesn't take alot. winkeye

Whilst cleaning my wheels today i noticed my car has rear disc not drum's. I thought most cars had rear drums, has mine been converted or did it come like that???

I have got a 1987 320 Cab

Any idea's??

Thanks

Im pretty sure all cabs had disc back brakes, because of the extra weight

Neil, all the 6 cylinder models came with disc brakes all round and ABS as standard. as far as i've heard anyway...

the only 4 cylinder models that came with discs all round was the iS and the M3. the M3 also had ABS as standard. the iS was optional. mine aint got it

hows your steering rack pal??? it took me ages to wash that poxie grease off my forehead!!!

AFIK, 320i cabs had drums standard, unless they were spec'd with ABS.
IIRC, Johnna's 320i cab has drums on the rear.
This is why I no longer drive an E30......
