Central Locking/ Electric Mirror faults?

Couple of things guys, i know the search has shit loads of centrel locking threads, but i thought any other info would be great, might as well put both problems into one.

Right, this has been happening for a couple of months, the drivers electric mirror is going mental, i get in the car and it just moves on its own, somtimes its fine then does it randonly, might only move a tiny, somtimes its gone propper skitso and carrys on moving until you press the mirror putton and move it the other way. Anyone else had this, is the motor screwed? Or is it some simple relay type fault?


Also, since this morning, ive had ye ol'e centrel locking pack up on me, go to open the drivers door and it opens but you hear some crazy noise in the door and the passengers door doesnt open.

I had a simlar prob with the mirror i just changed the switch control and it was fine

its been raining and all the problems are with where the wire pass through the a frame to the door...try wd 40 ing the connector under the rubber if and all the conections in the door they might be damp...i am rewiring mine completely as all thye pins had corroded
