I was wondering if any one knows if a tach from a e28 will work in an e30 cluster. My i have a 2.7l conversion but still have the old ETA tach i don't know where iam reving to and i have no fuel cut off with my new chip . I never even had the car over 5500 rpm or so. thanks for any help.

Why not just ge a normal E30 tach that goes up to 7000.
