How do i remove the seat back lock so i can change a seat base

Of an ordinary front seat? Two little self tappers right at the bottom, then unhook at the top.

I've just had a look and i can't find any self tappers, it's the tilt lock i need to remove so i can change the base cover.
P.S it's a comfort seat from a tourer

- Remove 2 small black screws from bottom of seat back card (tilt it all the forward to see these)
- Remove 2 large gold screws now visible which hold the seat back to the base
- Lift seat back upwards
- Remove 2 large gold screws now visible which hold the seat back to the base
- Lift seat back upwards
