Dunno could be pad transfer? That can make the discs feel warped
Had you been using the brakes hard previously?

not really? I just drive the car normal, dont usually slam or hit the brakes hard.
Wat do you mean by pad transfer?
Pads seem about half worn

but I doubt its that if you've not been braking hard, or often leave you foot on the brakes for long distances

yeh as above...... if shaking when braking, you will feel it through pedal if not then i would suggest checking wishbone as mine was shaking at around 50mph and this was the problem

Something I learned from time in a race team.
If you use your brakes sufficient to get the discs hot, and then come to a halt & sit with your foot on the pedal (brakes applied), there is a build up of heat between the pads and the disc, while the rest of the disc radiates and disperses heat.
This causes the disc to warp. The severity of the warp is dependant on the amount of heat, duration of contact, etc but it IS evident.
Just think about it next time you stop at some traffic lights & can't be arsed to use the handbrake

More likely to be pad transfer than actual warping, but the same effect at the end of the day!
