Anyone reasonable to cut rust out and weld in new steel

HI there,

Thanks to some help on the forum I have decided to get the small patch of rust just under the bonnet/scuttle area cut out and replaced. With a little luck things are not too bad down there and I can thus get this sorted as best I can now rather than later.

Does anyone know of anyone in the London/Surrey area who can do this, leaving me with as good a looking repair as possible. Obviously a balance between cost and results would be of great use! Given the size (50 pence piece) and no complications what should I be paying?
