i've got some fairly well abused front wings ans a slightly wobble valance (facelift) and have noticed thay looks like bolt on jobs. is it possible to simply take some wings from a car in a breakers or is it likely to damage them in the process?

Wings and fromt panel are pure bolt on. 10mm spanner removes most of them, but there are two under the headlamps that is a counersunk bolt with a female hex head. When fitting to your car, they should be bedded in panel sealant, to prevent water getting between the panels.

For 10mm in my post above, read 8mm, and for female hex, read female torx.
