325i poor starting

My E30 325i seems to have to crank over loads before it eventually fires. once running its idles and runs very smoothly. idle is at about 600-700rpm id say.

starts alot quicker when warm but when cold it has to turn over for a good while before it jumps into life

any ideas?

Ermmm....Blue temp sensor might be worth a look...
Pete don't care about colour, He would shag a rainbow if he could find the end of it....
