Gearbox/Diff removal

How easy/hard is it to remove a gearbox and diff from a car? Its a 325i.. What do you need to do? How long should i allow?

Diff.....allow a couple of hours.
You'll need....
A good ratchet
19mm spanner
17mm spanner
19mm socket
17mm socket
Allen Key type socket exact size?? 8/10mm??
I think thats all?
And some gloves, or you'll cut your hands to bits like I did.
Gearbox....dunno?!

Time consuming, and the bolts are tight as foook.
It's just nuts and bolts, make sure you have a decent torch!

There was me thinkin the engine was out the car i gotta remove them from... but nooo turns out its still in!! Makes it more awkward and longer to do!
