I need some help in removing the 4 bushes from my 2 rear trailing arms.

Any advice on how to do it, or what to use, would be great. I have access to normal tools, however if there is something out there reasonably priced I would consider.

piece of all thread with a nut welded on one end. Slot a socket onto it that will go through the bush metal tube. Put the all thread through the bush, put a big washer on the other end (possibly two or three for strength), then wind the other nut on and tighten to drag the bush out through the holder. This also works to drag a new standard bush into the housing although if you use poly bushes, they will push into place as they are in two halves.
