engine flush and brake fluid??

Has been mentioned before, what is the engine flush used by people on the m40 to clean the tappets and the castrol brake fluid that i think karan had in GUG

Brake fluid is castrol SRF - the best but bloody pricey
If you cant stretch to it then Motul RBF600 is the next best and much cheaper
