Dash Lights behind fogswitches

The dash light behind my foglight switches has gone

When I drop the under-dash panel I can see up into the area with the main light switch. The foglight switch unit just pushes out, with the two switches mounted on it. then i can see the dash light holder. I can get my angled needlenose pliers onto it, but it won't budge.

Any tips?

I can see two little nuts to take off, and push that whole panel out, but I've got such banana fingers I'd never get them back on. Hope it's not that.

Easiest way,take off the 2 nuts and take out the switch!

erm... bribe someone with small hands to put the bulb in the plastic surround. it aint too dificult.
