It all started wedneday when i got 4 wheel alignment done on my 320i. (i think that only the front end is adjustable though).
Anyhows what i have suffering from is what seems like sudden oversteer accelerating out of a bend (i'm not talking stella speeds here either, maybe acceleraitng from 35mph from 3rd gear out of a medium tight bend) or even 15/20mph out of a real tight bend (seems to happen more here) - thing is it doesn't happen every time. The first few times it happened were on wed evening when it was raining - i put it down to the fact maybe my alignment was so far out to begin with that maybe i have more power reaching the road!!... i know it sounds stupid...
now though its happened a few times in the dry and i know something is fooked - i try to provoke it to see if i can detect the problem but i just cant its like out of nowhere evry time, the sensation from the driving point of view is that the car suddenly wants to turn in real quick on you - i think it is worse on left handers at any speed but if i put the shoe down i get it on the rights too...
checked pressures at 2 different garages today and they were fine as always 30 front 27 rear.
Sorry for the essay but i'm hoping by long explanation i might actually get to explain it in a way someone can relate to as its starting to make me loose a lot of confidence and driving is not fun on these irish bumpy twisty roads with this kind of problem..
much appreciated

get it rechecked M8, my guess is they've given you too much toe out, that will make it feel a little oversteery, if there is such a word

as always, if it was OK before you spent the Ԛ£3, then its where the Ԛ£Ã”šÃ‚£ went thats the issue 9 times outa 10

Keep us posted OK !

Does anyone know how the wheels should be aligned? as in should they be toed in or out by how much?
i have a primitive tracking tool myself and a digital measure
thing is i think bently only states for 14 and 15 rims and i run 16's with 205/50/16 tyres
something teels me they didn't allow for the different wheels
