Got pulled by the fuzz the other night as my reverse lights were stuck on when drove past them and they gave me 3 days to get them sorted. Well havent had chance to get off work till today, today bein the third day, and i havent got a clue where to start when itcomes to electronics.
They are both come on when i put my main headlights on but not when i have low beam on, ie they dont come on when i pull the light switch once but do come on when i pull it out fully.
Please help me out if you can i have to do it myself coz i cant afford auto electrician prices
cheers jonny

worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but it never really gets you anywhere

Do they have to be working or could you take the bulbs out for now?

Hmmm, try removing the rear light boards and checking they are all dry and lean all the contacts, sounds like it could be a dodgy earth.

u don't need them by law for an MOT, so i think u could just remove them for now, and u would be ok!

Mine don't work for some reason either, but as its not a legal requirement so i haven't bothered to fix them.
I'd just take the bulbs out if i was you!
