My reversing lights have just stopped working, everything else still works so I'm guessing its just the switch. Can anyone tell me how to get to the switch and how hard is it to change, I've taken the gear knob and gaiter off but I dont have a clue what I'm looking for. Any advice appreciated !

If you take out the gear gaitor and sound proofing, you will see a white 2 pin connector going down through the hole to the gear box.
Pull the connector apart, and short the two pins together (on the car wiring loom side). If your reverse lights come on, bingo its a reverse light switch.
Follow the wire down to the side of the gearbox (you'll have to jack up the car and get underneath. The wire will lead to the sensor which will undo with a 17mm spanner i think).
