Ok guys, well it seems that I have misplaced the locking wheel nut head. for my sport. I dnt have a clue which brand they are, I am sure that they are not the crappy BMW lock nuts.

Was wondering what is the best way of taking them off. The wheels on the sport are Azev A's if that helps.. i can post pics if required.

Any feedback would be much appriciated

You can buy a tool for about Ԛ£15 (I think its draper but not sure) with a thread that tightens onto the nut as it undoes the locker.

Alternativly, you could get a reverse drill bet and drill them out.

You don't need to drill that far in, you only need to take the head off.
There is NO nucleus.

the special tools to remove the locking wheel bolts are not very good to be honest espacially if your wheels have been on for a long time and they are a bit tight but there is another way if the wheel bolt has a ring on the outside that can turn freely tou have to remove it with a small hammer and sharp chisel once thats off get an old (or new if you are rich :) )
socket that is just a bit smaller than the bolt preferrably a multi point socket now get yourself a relatively big hammer and short extension and hold the socket by the extension over the old bolt as square as you can now give it a good old whack until the socket actually cuts into the bolt all the way on (be carefull with the hammer,if you miss  )
once on just attatch the breaker bar and remove bolt. stick the old bolt in the vice and knock off the socket and carry on easy 8O
