Hi guys, got another question about fitting a tech1 kit. What I want to know is whether you need a different bumper trim set or whether you can get away with the existing pieces. If i do need different ones does anyone have some for sale? Has anyone modified the existing ones?

Anyone got any ideas? Seems to be one of those things that very few people have any experience of. :x

If it helps... I used my original chrome bumper and inserts when I fitted my tech I front and rear, just be careful with the clips, they tend to need "re-shaping" once taken out.. and are a bitch to get back in..

Hope this helps.. free free to ask any other questions..!!

Did part 11 not foul on the valance then? Did you trim some of the rubber off? Did the foglights fit easily, ie do you use the existing foglight bracket and mount it to the valance? I dont suppose you have a list of the bits you needed to fit the valance, or were they supplied when you bought the valance?

Sorry about the tedious nature of these questions!

Cheers, Theo.
