Hi all :D

IԚ´m new here... I`m from Portugal, and i recently bought a 325i with M body kit (here they are very rare - but seems that you got a sport version that looks exactly my car)

Well, the car is very good, and i`m very happy with it, but i recently read on a magazine about some 2.7 conversions...
It wasn`t the 2.7 conversions that caught my attencion, but some of the cars showed a MAF conversion to replace the datted AFM...
I`ve done some research and i cant find nothing on this...
Oh, by the way, this conversion (if i can find any info), is to be done, not only to the 325i, but also to a Alfa 75...(Yeah...I know  )

All the best

Welcome P Bimmer, I don't know about the maf coversion, although I know some one is working on a converte chip so it can just be plugged in to the same wires as the AFM through this box of tricks and the car will think it is still an AFM, can't remember who is doing it though.

What is it, I've never seen rear seats that look quite like that.

Yes, the 320is was sold here when new... But all the 325i were "normal" models...
Its very rare a 325i "s" here... and even the 320is are rare... They sold also a 320is without the bodykit, and with 4 doors and its easier to find one of these...

Even the 325i "normal" is a rare beast... You see, when they were new the onwer of one of these had to pay almost half the price of the car in taxes...(Our taxes reflect on the engine capacity) Thats also a reason for us geting the 320is... The M3 was 2.3 and the 320is only 2.0...
The tax was lower...
Also the difference in prices betweem the M3 and the 325i, was very little, and very few people buy them...

Off topic: If you people want to make money, get E30Ԛ´s LHD cheap, and send them to Portugal... They are still very desirable and costly to buy...
