hey,
anyone know were i could get the dash screws for under the steering wheel,
the ones that you just half turn them and there in?

You can just use wood screws. Get them a tight fit with the slot that the plastic screws go into it good and solid.

The footwell end of my panel got stuck behind the clutch and broke two of the three plastic screws, so mine are normal metal ones now. Its not that hard.

Paint them black on the heads and nobody could tell the difference.

i use a raw plug and screw for the hole that goes into the column cover

those under dash things are fucking useless!

The whole idea of using a cheap bit of cardboard with some plastic clips holding it on under the dash is just stupid in itself to be honest, but such is life.

Especially when the clutch and brake have to slide into little slits in the bottom of it.

Not that I'm questioning German engineering or anything...

Nearly had a few accidents with that cover dropping down on my legs, took it off ages ago, another 1 on the to do list

I don't want to take the piss guys but the only reason the kick panel falls off is because it's not been re-fitted correctly.
There's two slots at the bottom, one on the steering column and a three pronged clip above the accelerator pedal that will not hold it unless you get the left side in and above the heater vent.
There is NO nucleus.
