Lumpy Engine

Hi all my 92 318i cabby has started to get a bit lumpy on idle and on low revs, I have found that I am getting no spark to cylinder 4, is there a way of testing if it’s the leads, distributer cap or rotor arm? The plugs were replaced last September so they should be fine.

Also where is the best place to get these?

I think I’ve found the issue, I swapped the leads for cylinders 3 and 4 over and the fault was on cylinder 3, so it must be the leads.
