Electrical help please

I have bought some dlr which have an amber light also for my turn signal, when I wire the amber light to my indicators nothing happens, after further investigation I noticed the new lights need a constant 12v for them to flash but my bme must provide an intermittent 12v to make the bulb flash, how can I convert this in to a constant 12v
