E30 Zone

Hey Folks,

Just started to plug things back together (10yrs after it was rebuilt ) and it seems the body shop that resprayed her did something odd with the wiring and I appear to be missing a section of wiring.

The main feed for the central locking comes via the accessories plug at the back of the glove box (red and black wire).

Am I correct in saying this is bundled with part of the stereo wiring harness? I have a tail with a red and black with what appears to be speak wires.

I can’t seem to find any pictures or information on this.

Note that the picture is upside down compared to the orientation in the car.

Thanks Ben, yes I know where it plugs in but I’d rather get the loom correct I.e. get the part of the loom from a wreckers. I like things neat(ish)

As per my original comment, is it part of the stereo loom?

You need the bit that goes into VWXY.

Completely separate from the central locking.
