Does any know if the disc inside the motor is available anywhere?

Mines rusted to nothing.

Might call a laser cutting place tomorrow and see if they could make one up

It is nice all right to recommission original parts but there comes a time too when after 30+ years of wiping that it may be better and less hassle to buy a new motor. These motors are not expensive and you will notice the difference in a more aggressive wipe action.

Yeh I’ve ended up ordering one.
A local laser cutting said £50 if I could provide a CAD drawing of what I need. I would have been interested to do that if I had the skills to do so and a piece in good enough condition to copy
