SI (that six green LED lamps in a row) Rational

I would like to know, how does this SI LED behave. Is there a fixed mileage after which one by one LED goes off indicating ready for maintenance?

I was told, it depends very much on the way how we drive.

Can any one elaborate this strange SI LED behaviour?

The lights will go out over a varied timescale depending on how many cold starts,length of time the car is driven before its stopped again and how hard its driven

So when All the Green LED's goes off, it is time for engine oil change ? Is that right ?

Normally what services is done when all the LED's goes off?

The service lights are basically a mileage counter, but when the engine is below a certain temperature, it clocks up the miles at 2X the actual rate (IIRC), and when the engine is above 4000 RPM, it clocks up the miles at 1.5X the actual rate. (again, IIRC)
They gradually extinguish one by one from the left, untill the last one goes out, when a yellow one will come on, and stay on while the engine is running. After about a week or so, the yellow light will be replaced by a red.
Services are done in a sequence - oil service, inspection one, oil service, inspection 2.
There is also a second function to the service indicator, which is just a 12month alarm clock.
