On a 325i, there is a small U shaped piece of fuel hose running from the tank to the fuel filter inlet. I've tried using gates hose but it's starting to kink.
Apart from BMW, is there anywhere else to buy this part, or can someone recommend a pliable hose that can be shaped without kinking?

Not that dear from the dealers, only other options are silicone hose manufacturers such as Mishimoto.

I think the problem is depends on what car you have. The one from BMW I had is not the same as original on minefixedwheelnut wrote: ↑Tue May 24, 2022 11:01 pmNot that dear from the dealers, only other options are silicone hose manufacturers such as Mishimoto.
The original is a full 'U' shape, whereas the latest BMW replacement is more of a 'J' with one arm too short. I lengthened it with a bit of pipe and cunifer insert but will be looking for a better solution.
I did check and it was the correct part.
You used to be able to get multibends like these but like a lot of things, in short supply at the moment.

Must be model dependant then as I have just ordered all of them for mine leaking at the fuel filter, £25 each numbers 9 and 13 are the same part number now.PG325 wrote: ↑Wed May 25, 2022 2:28 pmInformed this morning that this is no longer available from the dealer............fixedwheelnut wrote: ↑Tue May 24, 2022 11:01 pmNot that dear from the dealers, only other options are silicone hose manufacturers such as Mishimoto.
