All my windows are very slow to go Down and need help to come back up, the car is a 4 door 1987 325i with 43k so has not had much use.
What’s the solution please? VidMate Mobdro

It is a common problem with the early regulators/motors, just cleaning the seals/rubbers will make a difference. Some cars had aftermarket regs fitted along the way which work ok but the wiring is always substandard, could be as simple as poor earths
Easy way to test the wiring is power the motor direct and see how it reacts

I had a similar problem on mine and sprayed silicone on to the guides and it made a world of difference.

Mart.
Only the E46 cab left now.
Just got too old.
