Seat gas strut spacer?

Hi. One of my seats is missing a strut on one side so am replacing.
Anyone know what this bit marked in red is? Looks like a spacer but can't find on diagrams.

As you can see there is a hole for the strut but I need the nut plus that spacer thingy.

Just had a look on a couple of seats in the workshop, and there's nothing there that I can see. The struts are still on the mechs., but I put a pair of pliers on the black bit you've highlighted and it appears to be a solid part of the pin (won't turn on it) . The strut sits against the shoulder of the pin, and the star washer holds it i place

Could you tell what holds the pin to the mech and not the shock?

I can loads of people selling the shock with the star washer, but I can't find the pin.

On the vert.seat adjust area you can see the pins but on the backrest adjuster (bit I'm interested in) theres no pins
