Could someone advise me how to do this? Did lots of googling and mixed answers. Needs to be fuel pump (or something else) and NOT battery kill switch.
Anyone done this and what parts/where did you tap into?

Cheers

Connect a wire to the green/purple fuel pump wire where it goes down the front left corner of the cabin to the sill. Connect another wire to the earthing stud behind the glovebox. Connect the wires to the pins that connected to the green/blue and black wires on a spare defogger switch, and fit this switch in the top row of switches above the clock and radio.
Turn this switch on when you leave the car. If an attempt is made to start the car with this switch on, fuse 11 will blow.

i can say in all honesty that this does work, i fitted one myself & after a few weeks forgot to turn it off, went to start the car & pop goes the fuse.

Which is 7.5A in all but a few rare old E30s with two fuel pumps.

Yep. I've blown at least a half dozen since I fitted the switch.
