I have a few questions about the terminology being used for various body parts. From my understanding an apron and valance are the same thing and I've seen them used interchangeably. It seems that these terms refer to the everything on the bumper that isn't the actual bumper if that makes sense. Am I understanding this correctly? I was looking at this Hartge rear valance, but I'm wondering what exactly this part is and how it works. I imagine it just mounts to a Euro bumper, but it doesn't look like there is enough material for that in the images. Any clarification you all can provide here is greatly appreciated.
