Seat belt receptacles

My front seat belt receptacles (part #72111941407) are a mess - not dangerous, but look awful (faded, cracked plastic). I'm having no luck sourcing a pair in good condition from breakers, and they're unbelievably expensive new. Is anyone aware of an alternative (e.g. from another BMW model) that would fit?
