325 build diff query

Hi All, im building a 325 from a 316i shell, ive got the complete engine and gear box but now im in need of a propshaft and dif.
im lead to belive from the WIKI pages that i can use a z3 diff from a 1.9 ealy 4 cylinder model
the part number on real.oem that ive picked up is a ratio of 3.45 (part number33101428419) and ive found one on ebay for good money
can some body confirm it will fit directly and if the standard prop will also fit on to it.

any help would be great
