Central locking

Hi, car is in stored in a garage, cold but completely dry, used c/l this morning and drivers door didn’t unlock, buzzing sound, relocked and opened properly on second attempt. Battery is 12.4v. Is this a door card off to lub, anywhere in particular I should pay attention to. I know it now working but want to offset further/future problems. Does anybody have a problem with spray grease and or motorbike chain lub.
