Fog light not working:not sure of next step

Hi guys
My Left side fog light isn’t working, right side works fine. I’ve checked bulb contracts etc by swapping the lights and that’s all fine. Ive cleaned the contacts of the 2 pin connector that comes off the wiring loom and I get 1.5v across the pins. I get 8v across the working connector. Any advice on what to do next could it be an issue at the relay?...if it involves disassembling the LHS lighting loom I’ll probably leave it as the other light connectors are all old and hanging together and I’ll create more work.

Connect a 12 volt lamp of at least 5W between the not plain brown wire pin of plug for the non working light and a good body earth with the foglights turned on.
Does it light?
Won't be the relay. The same contact serves both foglamps.
I'm assuming you're referring to the front foglamps?
