Inside of door woes- locks, windows, cut knuckles

Hello folks. My new to me 323 2 door has a non working drivers electric window and a lock that locks on the central locking from the other door but won't activate the locking from its self. Off with the door card. You can tell its been of loads in the past.

First observations : electric window motor placed in boot, when connected to wires and switched it spins well. Piece of wood holding window up

I guess I need a new regulator?? Will a cabby fit my 2 door??
Onto the lock: the latch is partially seized. I freed it up and reinstalled it but the lock doesn't seem to rotate far enough to lock the car. It can unlock it but not lock it. I had real joy like a vet trying to roll a fag inside of a cow connecting all them rods!! So, is it the latch and are they all the same? The barrel is turning same distance as the passenger side.

Also the interior door pull has been busted and stuck in with sticky stuff so is this a generic part too or was it limited? Thanks folks. Jed
