87 panels fitting on face-lift models?

Has anyone any conclusive knowledge on whether the likes of the rear inner wheelhouse from the 1987 saloons fit the face-lift shells?

Facelift panel no. 41111965239

Have a few panels and issues like this. Apoligies if a wiki or existing thread exists. If so pm me or transfer this topic to an existing thread.

As said there, they won't fit but may be a better starting place than a flat sheet of tin
