Hi I have lost all power to the switch that controls the electric wing mirrors and also the electric roof motors.
Could this be connected? Which relays or fuses control this.
Thanks all help appreciated

Sorry to take so long to continue my reply to this - it's a problem I have every summer when the decent weather and light evenings men I can work till late.
Unfortunately, it's very difficult to see any connection between the two problems you are experiencing. I can offer individual suggestions for the cause of each problem, but nothing common to both, other than (very much clutching at straws) the remote possibility of a problem at the main earthing point behind the glovebox. There are multiple earth wires connected to this stud, and on some highly specced cars, there is a second extension stud, bolted to the main stud, with the wires shared between them. IF the earthing wire for the mirrors and that for part of the roof controls happened to be earthed to the extension stud and that had come loose, then you might get the two apparently unrelated faults that you have. All a bit of a long shot and unlikely, especially as I think the earths for the roof are by the rear left wheel arch anyway.
Mirrors are on fuse 19, and if the heater fan works, power is getting at least as far as this fuse. Most common cause of dead mirrors is the switch itself, but you say power isn't getting to the switch. Next most common problem is the door loom plug and socket in the driver's side A pillar. The pins carrying the red/black wires for the central locking are the most likely to corrode, but the pin for the green/white wire is the next most likely.
Roof is on fuses 4, 21 and 25. 4 is shared with the hazard lights and the glove box light on most cars. 21 is shared with multiple things, and you would have noticed other problems if this was blown. 25 powers the roof motors only.
There are multiple microswitches associated with the roof control, and the most likely thing is that one of thee is faulty or stuck in the 'roof inhibit' position.
