Heater fan not blowing cold air (without airco)

Hi. When putting my heater fan to lowest temperature and letting it blow (while the engine is warm) it still won't blow cold air. Airco is off and temperature outside is around 20 degrees celcius. Any idea's where to look? I'm gonna work on the car tonight.

Not sure what you mean. Is the fan not running at all? Is it blowing air that is considerably above 20 degrees?
