Morning Guys.
Have a bit of an issue on my car. I recently retrimmed my headlining - and since re-assembling it all, I cannot get the sunroof to pop up fully. It hits a hard stop somewhere about one revolution of the handle before it clicks in to place.
I noticed before i put the sunroof panel back in the the mechanism on the right hand side of car was the one that was binding up where as the left side one appeared to have plenty of room to go forward another inch or so. But I don't understand how they are out of alignment? Is there any adjustment between the 2 sides of the mechanism?
I can try and get some pictures later with the panel out again to show what I mean, but hoping someone knows a quick fix!
Thanks
Sunroof wont fully pop up

Each side of the sunroof is free to move when the handle mech. is removed, and it looks like you've let it all get out of sync.
Get the roof to full tilt. There are supposed to be alignment holes that you can put a pin through, but they're not necessary, turn the handle assembly to the full tilt stop, then refit it.

Thanks Brian,
I will take a look this evening.
I have never had the handle mech it self off which is a bit confusing - just the trim around it to remove/refit the handle trim. But will see what I can see later.
