Does anyone have an idea why my cars starter does such noise? Opened starter and everything seems to be okay and moving correctly.

within the limitations of the tiny speakers on my laptop, it sounds like one of the motor bearings 'picking up'.
They are porous bronze plain bush bearings, and a bit of oil might help, but you'll have to remove the motor and dismantle it to lubricate it.
At least an M40 motor is easy to remove, unlike the M47 one in a 1 series I did last week, which reminds me DON'T lubricate the pinion shaft or don't use anything other than graphite. If you oil it, it will mix with dust from the clutch plate, and eventually virtually seize the pinion to its shaft, so that it won't slide over and engage with the flywheel, which is what had happened on the 1 series. Half a day's work just to squirt some WD40 to remove the oil that a previous muppet had put there!
