Just trying to source a right rear trailing arm for my 318iS. To expand my search is it possible to use an E36 compact wishbone with an E30 hub or is that nonsense?

Hi,
My understanding is, E36 compact trailing arm & hubs etc fit on E30 rear subframe, mostly used when converting from 4 to 5 stud.
I'm unsure if the e36 trailing arm can be mated to an E30 4 stud hub though?

There are 2 sizes of rear bearing, the E36 compact had the smaller bearing.
You would have to find a 4 stud hub with the smaller bearing not sure if the E30 318is had the smaller or larger bearing
