I imagine you follow along the reverse lines of retrofitting one:

I did this recently! You can easily fix this if you likely dismantling and putting back to together!
Before starting take photos of what you are doing! Helps if you get stuck!
At the bottom of the dash and above the ashtrays are two screws! You need to firstly remove these! Absolutely awkward these are! Remove the radio! Have you the radio removal pins! I bought mine off ebay! Pop out the dimister switch and emergency light switch and other blank and disconnect them. The microphone cannot be disconnected but should slip behind the panel! Behind the dash above where the radio sits is two more screws (Hidden by the switches previously)! Remove them. Little black ones! Youtube is a good place to see how this is done! Remove the fan speed knob and unscrew the brass fitting! Remove the knobs to the vent controls, check if they are fixed with allan screws! The plate in front of the vent controls must be removed to reveal 4 brass screws. Do this carefully and remove the screws! Be carefully removing any of these plastic bits of the dash as they can be brittle. Once broke can't be fixed. Remove the the blank air con panel or air con buttons if you have them. Gently by the way! The OBC has connectors to the rear of it. Green connector! Now check all is disconnected before gently pulling off the front panel, with OBC connected to it! As my photo it looks worse than it is!

Unscrews the OBC from the panel!

I bought my LCD panel from ebay from these guys!
https://www.partworks.de/en/gearworks-d ... r%20BC2%20
Follow their instructions! However do keep your rubber bits at the LCD as I find they are better quality and the LCD worked first time. Also watch how your comes out, as you must match which way round it goes. Hold the old LCD up the light to see which way the elements go! Now mine had no ribbon, your's might have! Mine had all these pins. Very hard to pull apart!
Clean any surfaces with alcohol wipes (Around the LCD when replaced) as it needs to be spotless!

Check before fititng all back as I did below!

Take a photo of the whole space! The OBC has the largest green connector! The black connectors go to switches and the radio has the red/purple connector with aerial and mic!
