Hi,
My tailgate looks like it could be worse for wear and I'm thinking of replacing it - does anyone know of any companies that supply new tailgates for replacement?

The lid from BMW is no longer available as far as I'm aware, and I've never seen a pattern part. I reckon your only option is a tidy used one.
