lowering recomendation

hi all,

been through lots of threads but struggling to pin point a answer.....
i have a 1989 320i cab and am going to lower it 40mm all round.

can someone recommend a half tidy set of springs and shocks??

dont want top top end range but certainly dont want lower range either.

just a good brand for day to day use ??

If you're lowering 40mm you can get away with keeping the original shocks unless they need replacing. You can't go wrong with the tried and trusted combination of Eibach springs and Bilstein B4 dampers.

that's what im going to order then....

one more thing .....sounds silly but... will the car sit level all the way through if I lower 40-40 or should I do 40 at the front and 30 at the back ?

sounds a bit silly but im wondering why most springs lister are 40-30 and not 40-40 ?

Eibach and B4 on mine its great the car handles nice and flat. Just make sure you buy the correct Eibach springs they have 4 or 6 cylinder kits. Eibach know what they're doing so no need to worry about 40/30 just buy the kit.
