Has anyone fitted one of these short shifters

who's it from?
i fitted a B&M short shifter a few years ago, was pretty straight forward,
if your e30 still has the vibration damper (big rubber covered metal ring on the prop coupling) then remove it as it saves having to bend the selector rod, also if you can couple the short shifter with a DSSR (dual shear selector rod) it will take out a lot more slop.

if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.
