STILL can,t fix it , what inputs from which sensors are used to control the idle control valve, please please help me ,work out why its not working .correctly.

things i,ve done .clean it and it works on the bench.
new blue temp sensor
check and adjusted tps .
wiring good.
its got 12 volts to it one side and other side goes to ecu for control.
which is where the fault is , not speeding up idle on cold starts
looking forward to any ideas.
