iF i fit another e.c.u
provided its the same part number.
has anyone done this , cause they thought theirs was faulty
is it plug and play or does it need ' coding in' at a dealers ?

my icv . its not working . I,ve cleaned it, tested it, its the two pin type ( 8 ohm resistant ) fitted new blue temp sender, checked and adjusted tps. 1.6 m40
it buzzes . but stays closed all the time. on cold start up tick over 600 all the time. and car dies if i press the accelerator hard when cold.
unless you got any other ideas please , i,m trying to understand how its controlled by the sensors and ecu.
as when the power is cut to it , it opens .
it closes with voltage. is that right ? as i,ve done a bench test.
i,ve got two and they both do the same , so i,m think the control to it is faulty somehow
