Hi, I've just fittted the above to my 325i 2 door track car and am after other peoples setting reccomendations for the track. The front is eay to adjust with the top adjuster, any ideas on setting.
The rear requires the lower bolt removed, strut dust cover pulled down and the button on top of the cylinder pushed and then twisting the cylinder allows adjustment....you can hear the clicks. I think there are only 3 clicks for adjustment, I have twisted the cylinder (with the strut still attached to the top pf the rear sus mount) to the right (anti-clockwise) to what I think is the stiffest setting ( I think or is it the other way?). Any idea wehat these should be set too, is the stiffest to firm...I would imagine it probably will be?
Thanks in advance
steve

I cant remember myself how it works, but do NOT use the stiffest setting on the rears especially otherwise you'll be bouncing everwhere.
You should run them in on their softest setting for a while and then gradually turn them up to middle position max.
Remember, too hard and you'll be skating and losing grip.
